Q. Are deposits required for all orders?
A. Yes, a minimum of a 30% deposit is required for all orders to be placed. Some exceptions may apply.

Q. What is the payment procedure?
A. First, in order to place an order a non-refundable deposit is required. You can prepay your order at anytime. If the order is not prepaid, the balance is required at the time the driver arrives for the order. Payments can be made by cash, major credit card, certified cheque, or money order.

Q. Does D.L.S. service outside of Toronto, and are there travelling costs?
A. Yes, D.L.S. goes where ever your heart desires. We will pick you up and take you where you want to go. We only charge for the actual order, from the time you are picked up to the time you are dropped off.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book a limousine?
A. We recommend to all our clients to book as soon as they are ready. The more time the better. The cars are booked on a first come, first serve basis. However, last minute bookings are always welcome!

Q. Can your representatives help with planning a group event?
A. Most definetly! Feel free to talk to us and we will try our best to help your event be a success. Through our expertise and affiliates we can offer a wide array of services to suit all your needs!

Q. Does D.L.S. provide 24 hour service?
A. Yes we do. For your convenience and peace of mind, all D.L.S. reservation and dispatching personnel are on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
